0.1毫米，端麵（miàn）間隙沿圓（yuán）周上的不同心度（dù）允差為0.1毫米（mǐ），端麵間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差0.3毫米(連接進出水管路後再（zài）分別校核一遍，仍符合上述要求)；

    6、在檢查電機轉向與天天操B夜夜操B的轉向一致後，裝上聯軸器的聯接柱（zhù）銷；

    以上為不帶底座的天天操B夜夜操B機組的安（ān）裝方法。

    對於配（pèi）帶公共底座的泵，基礎與底座之間（jiān）保留4～5毫（háo）米的間隙，用調整螺釘精確地調（diào）整機（jī）組並在聯軸器處對中。其安裝（zhuāng）原則與不帶公共底座的（de）機組（zǔ）相同。

    1、起動：

    1)、起動前的檢查：

    a)．泵或底座是否與（yǔ）基礎（chǔ）緊固；

    b)．聯軸（zhóu）器與泵機（jī）組是否校正；

    c)．管路是否按要求連接；

    d)．手是否能容易地轉動轉子；

    e)．是否所有軸承（chéng）都有良好的潤滑（huá）。

    2)、起動前（qián）關閉出口閥，用介質灌注排盡（jìn）泵和管路內的空氣。吸入（rù）狀況時，用泵體上部（bù）的螺（luó）塞排氣。在倒灌時（shí）泵也須排空；

2運行：

   1)、當壓力表壓力升高，慢慢打開出口閥；

   2)、打開所有輔助管路，並檢查流量；

   3)、泵是填料密封運行時，填料（liào）還（hái）處允許有（yǒu）多少（shǎo）量，滴（dī）水，輕輕壓緊填料壓蓋至少（shǎo）量滴水。

4)、為防止介質升溫，泵不能在（zài）出口閥門

    Samely,  for the pump set with common bedplate. Fit the pre -assembled set with foun-dation bolts loosely inserted in the cut- outs in the foundation and align. There must be a 4-5cm gap between the top of the foundation and the bottom of the baseframe. Precisely align the set using the adjusting screws and check alignment on the coupling.      1 ). Before starting up the pump make sure that the following requirements have  been checked and fulfilled.

     a). Has the pump been firmly bolted to the base/foundation?

     b) . Have the coupling and pump unit been aligned as specified?

     c). Are the pipes properly fitted?

     d) . Can the unit be easily rotated by hand at the coupling? (Carry out at least one full rotation)

     e). Has lubrication been provided for oil-lubricated bearings?
