14、拆下密封體、軸套；

    15、用橡膠榔頭輕輕敲（qiāo）擊葉輪輪轂將葉輪從軸上退出：

    16、拆下另（lìng）一端軸（zhóu）套、密封體，拆下（xià）聯軸器，拆下軸承體；

    17、鬆開彈性擋圈（quān），退出深溝軸承。

    裝配順序按拆（chāi）卸順序相反（fǎn）進行，但必須注意：

    1、安裝轉子時必須將軸放穩，所（suǒ）有（yǒu）的配合螺紋和間隙配合處都必須清洗並塗上裝配粘合劑；

    2、裝帶有間隙配合的葉輪時，應（yīng）注意葉（yè）輪的轉向；

    3、深溝（gōu）軸承須加熱後裝上軸(軸套)；

    4、為補嚐泵軸與軸上零件之（zhī）間由於熱膨脹產生的誤差，在用圓螺母和（hé）彈（dàn）性墊圈壓緊轉（zhuǎn）子時須（xū）將彈性墊圈壓至極限點，然後旋（xuán）轉180°鬆開圓螺母。

    1、檢查（chá）天天操B夜夜操B和電機（jī）應無損壞；

    2、混凝土（tǔ）基礎應（yīng）牢固，表麵光滑平整；

    3、把地腳螺（luó）栓插入底座上的（de）螺孔，把泵放在基礎上（shàng），用水平儀在軸端或出口端調整水平，在（zài）泵腳和基礎靠（kào）近地腳（jiǎo）螺栓處必須墊墊塊；

    4、泵調整好水平後，給地腳螺栓灌漿，堅固後均勻地擰（nǐng）緊地腳螺（luó）栓，並重新調整（zhěng）水平，然後給底腳灌漿；

    5、校（xiào）正電機與天天操B夜夜操B軸的同心度，使兩軸成一（yī）直線，兩聯軸器外圓上（shàng）的不（bú）同（tóng）心度（dù）允差為

    13. Remove block water ring from shaft-protecting sleeve;

    14. Remove shaft seal housing;

    Pull off shaft protecting sleeve;

    15. The impeller located with sliding fit on the shaft and can normally be removed easily. In case of difficulty,  it can be loosened by gently tapping with a plastic hammer;

    16. Remove second shaft protection sleeve complete with the shaft seal housing,  if fitted. Remove eouping half and pull off deep groove ball bearing;

    17. Pull off bearing housing. Remove eirelip and pull off deep groove ball bearing.

    Reassembly is effected in reverse order to; dismantling, but must give your attention to:

    1. For assembling the rotor,  position the pump shaft securely. All fits, threads and sliding fits of the shaft must be cleaned and coated with assembly paste;

    2. Mount the impeller, which has a sliding fit. When fitting the impeller,  observe the direction of rotation;

    3. Heat the deep groove ball bearing and fit it onto the shaft(sleeve);

    4. For compensate differences in thermal expansion between pump shaft and the components fitted on it. Tension the rotor parts elasti- cally with groove nut and disc spring. For this purpose tension the disc spring to blocking point and then undo the grooved nut again by half a turn 180℃.

    1. Chech whether the pump and the motor are in good condition;

    2. The concrete foundation must have been set hard and the surface must be smooth and flat;

    3. Loosely insert the foundation bolts in the baseplate. Position the pump set on the pump set on the foundation and align using a spirit . level placed on the shaft or discharge nozzle. Shims must always be fitted to the left and right of the foundation bolts in close proximity to the bolts,  between the baseplate or foundation frame and the foundation itself.

    4. After alignment, grout in the foundation bolts using cement mortar. When the mortar has been set hard, uniformly tighten up the bolts and re - cheek the alignment. Grout in the baseplate (non- shrinking mortar is highly recommended), ensuring that no cavities remain.
