均鑄在下半部泵體上。泵殼（ké）下半部分的進（jìn）出（chū）口法蘭在同一水平麵（miàn）上，即殼體采用直線型設計，兩端支承間距離短，法蘭之間連接用較（jiào）長的螺栓，無泄漏。泵蓋能自動校正，便於安裝。
葉輪的葉型具有優異的水（shuǐ）力性（xìng）能，經過靜（jìng）平衡校驗。葉輪設計成對（duì）稱，液體從兩側進入葉輪（lún），可以使軸向力減小到（dào）最低限度。葉輪進口麵積大，進口無渦流，運行（háng）平穩，噪音小。如果需要，葉輪也可以（yǐ）帶有密封環。
對於臥式泵：泵軸的兩側由軸承支承，軸承采用封閉式滾動軸承，可用油脂潤滑，運行時（shí）間長；也（yě）可配（pèi）置恒（héng）定油位的油（yóu）杯，用（yòng）稀油潤滑（huá）。自由端軸承裝有軸套，這樣可以在（zài）不拆除轉子或泵（bèng）殼的情（qíng）況下迅速更換軸承。
立式泵：上端軸承為油脂潤滑軸承，底部（bù）采用介質潤滑的碳化矽耐磨滑動軸（zhóu）承、陶瓷（cí）軸承或聚胺脂橡膠軸承。
泵軸完全（quán）密封（fēng），不接（jiē）觸介質，無腐蝕；泵軸短，剛性好（hǎo）、無振動（dòng），軸上帶有可隨時更換的軸套，軸套伸入密封區；螺紋與介質不直接接觸，耐腐蝕，運行壽命長；裝配時無須調整；采用彈性預應力裝配，轉子部件裝拆簡便迅速。
泵體密封環（huán），以其與葉輪的間隙，來減少壓水室內的（de）液體漏回吸水室。密封環保護泵殼免（miǎn）於磨損（sǔn），本身為易損零件，磨損後（hòu）可以備件更換。
軸封有軟填料密封和機械密封兩種型式。填料壓緊程度必須適（shì）當填（tián）料壓蓋為開式，可有足夠的空間用（yòng）於維修、保養。
泵（bèng）以彈性聯軸器與電動機直接聯接。

Suction and discharge nozzles in lower half of casing are at the same
leve(in-line design). Short distance is between bearings and correspondingly short shaft. Leak-tight due to compact joint
flange with long, prestressed bolts. Easy mounting - self- aligning upper casing.
The impeller has new vane
passage with excellent hydraulic characteristics and it has been balanced
static. Minimal axial thrust due to double- entry impeller. Smooth, quiet running is also guaranteed by a
large impeller eye area and smooth, low loss running due to a swirl- free inlet. Also with wear rings, if requested.
To horizontal pupm: shaft is
provided with two bearings mounted in the bearing housings at both ends.
Covered, sealed for life grease lubricated antifriction bearing for a long
service life. It also can be optional oil lubrication with constant level
oiler. The fixed bearing at the internal bearing end is located on a bush to
permit rapid changing without removing the rotor or upper half.
To vertical installation:top
bearing: grease lubricated deep groove ball bearing, sealed for life; bottom
bearing: wear resistant, medium lubricated plain bearing of silicon carbide ( Residur -
bearing).
The shaft completely sealed
and dry for zero corrosion, short
and rigid with negligible vibrations. Replaceable shaft protecting sleeves are
fitted in the searl area. The screw thread is not exposed to pumped medium,
long operating life and no corrosion. Quick and easy assembly dismantling of
the rotor components due to elastically prestressed mountings.
The close running fit
between the pump casing wearing rings and the impeller minimizes the leakage of
water back into the suction part. The rings protect the casting form wearing and
can be promptly replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.
The shaft seal has two
type: stuffing seals and mechanical
seals. The packing must be properly pressed by adjusting the gland. Open gland,
i. e. enough space for service activities.
