0.1毫米，端麵（miàn）間隙沿圓周（zhōu）上的（de）不同心度允差為0.1毫米，端麵間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差0.3毫米(連接進出水管路（lù）後再分別校核一遍，仍符合（hé）上述要求)；

    6、在檢（jiǎn）查電機轉向與水（shuǐ）泵的轉向一（yī）致後（hòu）．裝上聯軸器的聯接柱銷：

    7、不要把泵本身作（zuò）為管路支（zhī）撐點，管路應在泵的附近設可靠支撐。

    以上為不（bú）帶底座的天天操B夜夜操B機組的安裝方法。

    對於配帶公共底座的泵，基礎與底座之間保留4～5毫米的（de）間隙，用調整螺釘精確地調整機組並在（zài）聯軸器處對中。其安（ān）裝原則與不（bú）帶公共底座的機組相同。

    l、起動：

    1)、起（qǐ）動（dòng）前的檢查：

    a)．泵或底座是否與基礎緊固：

    b)．聯軸器（qì）與泵機組是否校正：

    c)．管路是（shì）否按（àn）要求連接；

    d)．手（shǒu）是否能（néng）容（róng）易地轉動（dòng）轉子：

    e)．是否（fǒu）所有（yǒu）軸承都有良好的潤滑。

    2)、起動前（qián）關閉出口閥．用介質灌注排盡泵（bèng）和管路內的空氣。吸人狀況時（shí），用泵體上部的螺（luó）塞排氣。在倒灌時泵也須排空。

    2、運行：

    1)、當壓力表（biǎo）壓力升高，慢（màn）慢打開出口閥；

    2)、打開所有輔助管路，並檢查流量：

    3)、泵是填料密封運行時，填（tián）料處允許有少量滴水，輕輕壓緊填料壓蓋至少量滴水：

    4)、為防止介質升（shēng）溫，泵不能在出口閥門關閉的情況下長期（qī）運轉：

    Above all the mentioned methods and requirements are suitable for the pump set without common bedplate.

    Samely, for the pump set with common bedplate. Fit the pre -assembled set with foundation bolts loosely inserted in the cut- outs in the foundation and align. There must be a 4-5cm gap between the top of the foundation and the bottom of the baseframe. Precisely align the set using the adjusting screws and cheek alignment on the coupling. Others you can refer to the above mention methods.

    1. Starting:

    1 ). Before starting up the pump make sure that  the  following  requirements  have  been checked and fulfilled.

    a). Has the pump been firmly bolted to the base/foundation?

    b) . Have the coupling and pump unit been aligned as specified?

    e). Are the pipes properly fitted?

    d) . Can the unit be easily rotated by hand at the coupling? (Carry out at least one full rotations)

    e). Has lubrication been provided for oil -lubricated bearings?
